Everyone at this business is polite and professional. They just replaced the tires and brakes on my daughter’s car. I was impressed with how quickly they got me in for an appointment after I called, and I actually met the mechanic who worked on my car when I picked it up. Their pricing is competitive, and Wayne, the service manager, was very helpful in finding the best deal on the best parts for my budget. I will definitely use this business for all my future car repair needs and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable car repair or maintenance services.

An absolutely wonderful company to work with!!! I had a last minute move to NY and needed my car pretty majorly worked on. Legacy was kind and informative through the 3 days of interactions, multiple update calls were made and every single call was friendly as can be! With all the work I needed done they amazed me with how efficient everything was, i would happily recommend you come here if looking for good genuine service on your car.

Like most people when you need something done to your vehicle , you look for a shop with honest, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I found that here immediately as I walked in when I was greeted and assisted by Wayne, the service manager. Talk about the epitome of all of those qualities! I felt immediately comfortable that he wouldn’t overcharge me or otherwise try to be dishonest with my needed repair. I ended up going back days later for something I wanted added to my vehicle, and met Tori who was very friendly and welcoming as well. The service techs did a good job working on my vehicle and if(when) I need anything serviced again, I will be back! Thanks guys!

No one wants to spend big money on an unexpected car repair, but life happens and you just have to deal. I wasn't prepared to hear the number, but I was more unprepared for what Wayne said after. He explained every step of the process to me, reassured me that what happened could not have been prevented, and gave me a solid guarantee that will likely outlast the car itself. He knew it hurt my purse, but he wasn't out to make money. He genuinely wanted to fix the problem, as affordable as possible, while still keeping the integrity of the service he was providing. It doesn't take much to just be human and show empathy. But he makes a point to exude these qualities and is a great example for the car industry as a whole, that is most often seen as money gouging and untrustworthy. Thank you for fixing my mom's car and I can't wait to see how great you get my dad's truck purring again!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Family owned, family oriented — that’s exactly what you get at Legacy Tire & Auto Repair. I took my wife’s GMC Acadia in for an oil change, transmission fluid flush, and new tires. While it was there, they also completed a full vehicle inspection, which really put my mind at ease knowing my wife and kids will be safe on the road. Very friendly staff and owners.
